FAR Case 2006-024: "Airfare costs, in excess of the lowest priced coach class, or equivalent, airfare available to the contractor during normal business hours"...does this statement imply that the tickets are refundable tickets or nonrefundable tickets? There is a significant difference in cost between the two.
