I fish in Alaska every other year and I prefer Halibut over any other sport fish. If you continue to restrict this fishery I will not feel the cost is justified. The commercial fishery may be devestating the numbers but the hhok and line fishing is certainly not. Do not add more regulations that will be so costly and time consuming to manage.
