I have Celiac Disease. I was told that if I consume even trace amounts of gluten I WILL develop Colon Cancer. I need to know that foods are truly FREE of gluten in order to prevent Colon Cancer. I had no idea that the 'gluten free' labels that I've been reading and relying on could have been causing my body to begin developing Colon Cancer! Please ... help us Celiacs in whatever way you can. If the product has trace amounts of gluten -- we need to know.
