Woo, "Food grade starch resistant to alpha-amylase and method of preparing same," U.S. Patent 5,855,946, January 5, 1999. The Patent was issued to Kansas State University Research Foundation, Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS 66506, and is licensed to MGP Ingredients Inc, Cray Business Plaza, 100 Commerce St., Atchison, KS 66002. Crosslinked resistant starch is currently being sold as a food additive in the USA, Europe and Australia....
