All dissolvable tobacco products should require FDA approval and physician prescription as do NRT (nicotine replacement therapy). NRT went through rigorous testing, and the dissolvables are being offered as comparable, although they contain toxins that NRTs do not. Dissolvable tobacco products pose a huge health threat to children, as they look and are flavored like candy.
