Additionally, filed before the Federal Communications Commission is that of a Fortfeiture, Notice of Violations that accounts for practices of the defendants of the U S Supreme Court Case Citation 04M76 that illustrates misuse of small medical devices employed within broadcast facilities possibly due to the March 13, 2001 Memorandum issued by the FCC that permits select broadcasting the capacity to employ the use of small medical devices.
