I am 100% behind this! As a healthcare professional that has to take care of the individuals that are obese, have cardiac problems and/or diabetes, I see the impact of the obesity epidemic on a daily basis. If consumers were able to see calorie, fat, fiber and sodium amounts for their favorite foods, I think they would be shocked. This will let them make a more informed decision.
As a side note, we tax other things that are unhealth such as alcohol and cigarettes. Why don't we tax fast food? Just a thought.....
