This petition just speaks of ignorance to me. In no shape, way, or form should produce suppliers be allowed to use additives in the processing of vegtables, and if they do they should have to remove or wash them away before they head to market. In a day and age when "organic" means a lot to people this law seems to take a step back. We wash our produce before eating it. The produce companys should have to do so also.
