As a small business person and owner of a traditional pipe and cigar shop, I oppose the proposed legislation that would prohibit consumers from hands-on selection of cigars and pipe products. This proposed legislation would infringe upon the rights of adult individuals' free choice and be a financial hardship on small business. Existing laws should be enforced before considering new laws and regulations that would add to the nations' bureaucracy and restrict the rights of citizens.
