Non-Face-to-Face Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products and Advertising, Promotion, and Marketing of Tobacco Products; Extension of Comment Period

This is regards to the "non face to face distribution of tobacco products" I would like to post my oppinion that electronic cigarettes not be a part of this. (1)There are already regulations for signing to recieve packages containing tobacco products. (2)Electronic cigarettes are healthier than regular cigarettes, and limiting there availability seems contrary to the health and safety of our citizens.(3)Minors have direct access to chemicals far more dangerous and at alarming quantities through internet sales that have yet to even be considered for face to face regulation.(4)I feel parents need to suporvise minors in their cair and know what they are doing with there spending habitts on the internet rather than regulate childrens behavior by federal rules regulations and laws.(5)There are ways to check and verify ages and addresses of people befor selling them these products.
