Radiological is a new class of hazards that must be considered during your hazard analysis. This seems to be a very abstract hazard, certainly not normally associated within a food processing facility. How would one go about considering what these hazards might be, how to test for them, what levels are considered unsafe and how to prevent them?
I could possibly understand if your plant was located or you sourced ingredients from areas near the Fukushima or Chernobyl reactors.
