no contractors shuld be involved to make debts for the people of the usa who pay the bills here. i do not support that effort of making work for contractors. is the contractor a pal of fda? fda jobs pay a hefty salary. the public has the right to expect work for that salary.; however lazy fda tries to palm off on contractors. these bills that fda makes are much too high and completely unnecessary.
