[Docket No. FDA-2012-N-1148]. I have tried all the smoking alternatives over the last 10 years and none of them work.I was a 35 year pack and a half a day smoker and i enjoy it,meanning i switched to Ecigs 6 months ago,because it works,and better than the FDA's so called "other treatments".Right now i could stop using my Ecig and would not care about going back to nicotine at all but,i enjoyed smoking the same way i enjoy the use of my Ecig,and i can use it anywhere i want to unlike having to go outside the back of a building if i wanted my normal cigarette(what a disgrace).I have no intentions of quitting using my Ecig now,or in the future.If the FDA decides to ban the use of Ecigs and the Ejuice we use in them,i will go back to smoking,it's that simple,it's my right to smoke if i choose to,and to choose to use an alternative to smoking(Ecigs) if i choose,.....That ACTUALLY works.The gums,patches,etc... that you want,and think are going to work and help people quit smoking,will and do not work.For the simple fact that as smokers,which you do not understand,we have to be able to go thru the actions of smoking in order to feel satisfied from a cigarette,or Ecig.We also have to be able to see the 1)smoke,or 2) Vapor,coming out in order to be completly satisfied.All the patches and gums in the world will NEVER work as an alternative to either quitting smoking completly or,switching to an Ecig and Vape, which is 100% better and safer.But like i said there are those of us that enjoy smoking one way or the other if you take our choice away from our Ecigs,we WILL smoke regular cigarettes again.You will not stop me,or those of us that do enjoy smoking one way or the other.I would prefer to keep using my Vaporizers and Vape,instead of smoking a cigarette.I am Glad that we have CASAA and others fighting for our right to choose a safer alternative to smoking.
