I am a 58 year old woman who has smoked cigarettes since I was 15 years old, 43 years I have smoked. I discovered Electronic cigarettes, and have managed to quit smoking! There are many different types of E cigarettes, and lots of choices of "smoke juice". I started out using the .36 mgs of nicotine, and am now down to the 24 mgs of nicotine in the smoke juices that I enjoy. My nicotine habit is no longer offensive to anyone around me. I have noticed that I now have increased energy, and I no longer pant for breath after a brisk walk or exercise. I am so glad that there is a healthier alternative to smoking cigarettes! I have tried to quit smoking in the past, I used prescribed patches from a Doctor. I have used medication like Wellbutrin, I even tried a three day hypnosis course, nothing worked for me!!! Now, I can enjoy various flavors of smoke juice, like Bannana, or Chocolate, and I am gradually lowering my nicotine levels. I also do not believe that there should be "one set level" of nicotine, let the consumer decide whether or not a .36 mg, or an .8 mg best suits their needs. This is something that is finally working for me!! And from what can see, there are thousands of people who are enjoying the same level of success in quitting smoking as I am! Please doo not propose the “deeming” regulation because it would ban e-cigarettes, and would sharply increase the price and reduce accessibility of the products Chapter IX. We all are aware of the long term benefits of quitting smoking, but after only 6 months of my smoking cigarette alternatives, "Ecigarettes", like the Ego Twist variable volt, I am so happy, and enjoying my nicotine "fix". Nicotine in itself is no more harmful than coffee, when taken in moderation, anything taken to excess will be harmful! One glass of water an hour is good. 100 glasses in a hour will kill you. Thank you.
