There should be some tighter regulations on shipping of products. Snapshots of loads, what is allowed to be shipped in containers, documentation of what is carried in the trailer to destination. Once a load leaves a loading dock, there is no telling what may be added to that load. Yet if something is contaminated, the blame will go to the owner/organization that sold/grew the product.
