Special Community Disaster Loan Programs

Why shouldn't all the people that made a loan, SBA etc. be forgiven. We all suffered with this storm. The few people that are trying to get back on their feet are paying for all the others who are still receiving aid, food stamps, hotel rooms, and the like. I have no light at the end on my tunnel to be able to retire. We all need forgiveness.
