Federel Executive Boards role should be defined in the National Response Framework. In particular, FEB play signitifant roles in: Crisis communications - to and among field agencies and Training (i.e COOP programs / tabletop exercise / hotwashes.) FEBs can, Working cooperatively, FEBs fit nicely into Emergency Support Function 5 entitled "Emergency Management Annex" and led by FEMA. FEBs should be formally listed in Agency list for this ESF. thank you.
