I have reviewed this document and find it to be an outstanding instrument. I have been teaching ICS300 & 400 for the past 2 years and this document brings the intelligence/investigations process into clear view. It is very informative and puts into narrative form, the information that has been amassed from many sources and their interpretations that we incorporate into ICS training. A very fine job indeed.
