While it will take some adjusting, the new forms do not look to be a huge departure from the old, and should not be difficult to adopt. I didn't find anything to particularly criticize in the format or content. I would urge, however, that once completed, all forms be made publicly available on FEMA, NWCG, and other websites as public domain in both MS Word fillable document format, and PDF form-fillable format, as the two most common methods of sharing files. Additionally, an Excel spreadsheet set in which the general data (date, incident name, location, etc.) which is common to all the forms can be filled out once, and can populate all of the rest. Since most major incidents' paperwork is now done electronically, and pen and paper are increasingly limited to smaller incidents, this would be a great help.
