I have read through the new ICS forms. They appear to be very complete. Here are my suggested changes: • ICS 201 Pg. 2 section #8 should have a column to indicate who the action is assigned • ICS 204 sect 3 “NAME” should be added so we know what we are looking for in the field below. • ICS 207 sect 3 There should be almost transparent blank boxes added below the ops section • ICS 209 question 30 do we really need alphabetical indicator of a new field?? None of the field have a place to input data. • ICS 209 There should be a one line example on questions 48/49 • ICS 210 Column 7 should have time/ authorized by Who cares about location in this field? • ICS 211 Column 12 should read Departure point, date and Time Column 6,7 and 9 can be a little smaller to make room for a larger column 12. • ICS 215 I would combine 3 and 4 to get more writing area • ICS 215A why not put Brch, div or grp in Block 5 I would suggest you look at the electronic forms that they have in Texas. I would suggest that these forms be made in an electronic. Sincerely Patrick R Collins Riley County EM 115 N 4th Manhattan, Kansas 66502
