I am a full-time Coordinator running a 6-year old Emergency Management Program with minimal staff for a mid-sized tribe and know that 45 days is not nearly enough time to thoroughly review the material at hand and provide informed comments and feedback that will be beneficial to my tribe and all tribes in general. I'm sure there are tribes with less or no emergency management resources at all that could benefit from more time. A more sensible comment period would be 75 days minimal.
