In the section entitled "Employee Use of Social Media Sites" in regard to employee's "personal sites", language should be included to the or after the sentence "The Agencies do not intend this guidance to address any employment law principles that may be relevant to employee use of social media."
The language added should indicate that the Agencies do not suggest or approve of any attempt by the employer to violate the employee's Constitutional Right to Free Speech or to hold the Employee responsible for any content on the employee's personal site put there by anyone other than the employee.
I would suggest futher research into the emp[loyer's right to prohibit or force removal of any content on the enployee's pages placed there by the employee.without a court finding the content was libelous
