You have got to be kidding! Just what we need. More idiotic government regulation to further hinder the housing recovery, create more hassles for the already beaten down simple loan officer whose salary was already cut by 1/3 to 1/2 thanks to the atrocious dodd/frank bill and all in the name of "protecting the borrower"? Seriously? HUD and all of these other organizations are made up of the biggest morons imagineable who have NO idea what they are doing and are completely ineffective as far as implementing anything that is beneficial to the borrower. Geez, I wonder how many people have not been able to sell, refinance or buy a home due to the highly cherished, respected, and worthwhile HVCC! Heck, let's just stroll back to the amazing new GFE implemented in 2009. What an easily explainable part of the originattion process that so clearly defines all of the fees involved with doing a loan. Yes, we all loved that one and the borrowers so truly appreciate receiving this document. Hmmmm I wonder why they always ask for the fee sheet? All you organizations manage to do is to further bloat, twist, and confuse an already disconjointed, over-regulated, process all in the name of benefitting the borrower! What you should be doing is setting up think tanks with us lowly, individual loan officers down on the street who could seriously point you in the right direction as to what needs to happen NOW and in the future. As it stands, you have managed to take us from one extreme to the other all to the detriment of the borrower. Above all else you now want to waste even more time and resources regulating the social media outlets? Can't wait to see how you skirt around the amendments and invasion of privacy statutes. What a bunch of geniuses. Congratulations
