Proposed Section 2B.70 should be omitted entirely. The FENDER BENDER sign illustrated is a State specific sign and the respective individual State MUTCD Manual should be responsible for it, not the National MUTCD. This implies an influence that you want the States to lean in this direction to either pass the law or conform to what other States are doing. This is not done anywhere else in the MUTCD.
