Discontinuance of Form FHWA-47

I am against the Discontinuance of Form FHWA-47 for the following reasons: All contractors need to be accountable for their work, the timeline of their work, the products and materials that go into their work for safety reasons, and the cost of their work. We need something to hold contractors accountable and Form FHWA-47 does that job.
