The total time for all staff to complete the re-write of the manual for latest CFR changes, two years, ago were approximately 1500 hours. Appx 1120 hours were spent by the analyst finalizing the draft changes to the manual for the four chapters (7,10,8 & 17)submitted by the Right of Way agents. Appx 380 hours were estimated by the agents preparing the draft updates to the manual. It seems rather high but the manual changes were extensive, covering four different chapters of our R/W manual.
