Comments: 1. Section 3A.03: Can clarification be provided on the two compliance years. Is 4-years for new installations of lines where none existed, and 6-years for replacement of existing lines? It is not intuitive on why there needs to be two different dates 2. Table 3A-1, Row #1: What's the definition of two-lane roads with centerline markings only? Are intersections where turn lanes exist included in this? Does centerline only mean that edge lines would disqualify a road in this category? 3. Table 3A-1, note B: What's the definition of "continuous roadway lighting"? Does this mean the entire area of the street segment with street lights must be illuminated (and to what levels?) 4. Guidance: How frequent do options A, B, and C need to be conducted? 5. Table 3A-1, note 1: To be consistant with using english units as the standard, all units should be english (units list meters squared as the area).
