I cannot believe what has happened to me as a mortgage broker this last year. All the new forms, rules, reports, etc. I am a self employed one person with one employee office. You and others like you are obviously salaried because you have plenty of time to sit around and think up unuseful things for th rest of us to do. Mortgage brokers create the complitition in the mortgage industry. When we are gone the banks will charge whatever they want. We already have the SAFE Act, isn't it enough.
