As I understand the current law with respect to Canadian trucks crossing into the US, they are permitted to haul a load from Canada to a delivery point in this country, then pick up a load and haul it straight back into Canada. They are not permitted to load and unload numerous times on their way back into Canada. I would like to know if this rule is going to hold for the trucks from Mexico, as well?
