New Entrant Safety Assurance Process: Implementation of Section 210(b) of the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999

I support a new entrant safety exam. I believe that the tye of format employed by E-Verify's user registration system should be considered. Instruction in brief modules followed by a written assessment available online would meet the objectives outlined in the docket. Designated company officials could be required to pass the online exam prior to beginning operations.
