according to Winterbower Survey the additional document (surveys) seem void. i don't have them problems. The main thing is you can't legislate logic and disciplines. these have to be taught and since there is little or no training requirements for these matters it wont get done. The existing rules are fine. 34hr restart works great for both OTR and local drivers. There is no proof there's need for more restricting the hours except to cut wages and weaken the economy more.
