I feel That 11 hours drive time is good because of traffic and safety from not being in a hurry , not excluding delays for road closures , traffic, things falling off vehicles in the road , construction , detoures . i can only use my 16 hours twice a week and for ' on duty purposes only ' and these things happen everyday while driving .
