Hours of Service of Drivers

I believe teams should be able to split the sleeper birth like before. It makes it a lot easier to drive as a team if you can split the time instead of having to drive a straight 11 and then switch driver's. You can stop when your tired and the other driver can take over how is that so bad? I believe they should keep the 11 hr driving rule with the 34 hr restart. I think we should be able to stop the clock when we take a lunch break or have to wait at a customer to be unloaded for hrs. It shouldn't be counted as on duty it should be counted as off duty because technically i'm not working, just sitting and waiting and waiting.... Jon D. Oliver
