Sirs, it is my personal opinion that instead of weakening our rules and statutes, we should keep what we have in place or even strengthen them. Too many Canadian carriers are able to operate in our country, have a minor incident, then return to Canada with no repercussions. We as the injured parties(property or personally) have to try to move mountains to try to get redress. This is NOT right. If they want to make money here, let them be responsible here! If you think I kidding, I hope someday you have to get a claim out of an insurer in Canada, it's as far as I know, impossible.Thank you for letting me express my opinion, Mike Stanley
