Why don't you require farmers to have a CDL. As I understand it now is that as long as they stay within 150 miles of their farm then they are not required to have a CDL.. If this is true then this is wrong. These farmers are running up and down our public highways, driving their semi's loaded with grain or what ever else using any farm hand that can drive a truck. Everything that is required of a CDL driver should be required of all who operates over 10,000#.
