Due to the Mayor's inexperience in this matter, he doesn't understand the
logistics and the burdens placed on businesses. Time restrictions are
understandable but complete denial to travel thru the city is utterly unexceptable.
All cities have a truck route with time restrictions except Boston. With not having
a truck go thru the city, we are finding it very difficult to complete our deliveries in
a timely matter. With the added time of going around we are also incurring extra
costs which has become very burdensome. We are finding it hard to be
competitive in the surrounding area.
We would hate to see our many years of service to our customers end on this
note.
Any help in this matter is truly appreciated.
