I am a Nurse Practitioner. Here are my recommendations: In regards to your husband who was DX with Epilepsy 20 years ago. Have him see a neurologist who will provide him clearance-medical fitness for duty. Make sure the specialist understands the functions and demands of commercial driving. If you obtain this documentation then he should be cleared to operate a CMV. Thanks and Good Luck!
