This regulation will not work unless you include the company in the process instead of just holding the company responsible. The company cannot receive a copy of the report but they get a copy of the certificate which does nothing to show the health of the driver.The physicals are being done well but when the physical is not shown to the people that are required by law to see that a driver is competent then it is not any good. You need to write the regulations to work and this one will not work. Richard Lair
