If chiropractor are going to be allowed to perform DOT examinations, they should be under the medical supervision of Physicians with MD or DO degrees, just like physician assistants and nurse practitioners. I have great concern about the training of chiropractors for the complicated areas of heart and lung disease, endocrine problems such as diabetes, sleep apnea and neurological issues
