Comments from Rick Szekeres arguing that Fullington Trailways Schedule 7155, Routes 703/704 are not, and have never been, operated as anything other than an intrastate commuter bus service between State College and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for predominantly government employees and therefore schedule/fare changes are subject to the authority of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
