I urge you to make the interim ban on texting by drivers of commercial trucks and buses permanent. It's bad enough that cell phone usage is allowed. Texting has to be outlawed permanently. Control of large vehicles cannot be maintained if the driver does not keep his/her eyes on the road all the time.
