Living and utilizing two major interstate highways (I26, I40), I must share the highways with many truckers, mostly driving in excess of posted limits and seeing those drivers on cell phones and likely texting. These drivers need to concentrate on driving, nothing else, to minimize the possibilities of accidents, which do occur on a regular basis on our interstate and secondary roads. Please enhance rules governing the dangerous texting while driving practice. Thank you for your consideration.
