Clifford Eugene Williams - Comments

I was a proffesonial driver for over 35 years and 4 million miles without a preventable accident. Since I have retired and travel the hwy's on vacation I see many drivers with a cell phone glued to their ears. These drivers weave over the line and follow to close while talking on the phone. I saw a driver a couple weeks back talking on the phone and had his foot proped on the dash pulling a set of doubles, how unproffesonial is this. Please pass this bill and get the drivers back to attending to the task at hand (Safe alert Driving).
