the problem i am already having with the csa 2010 is when a driver is inspected and if a violation is found the officer isnt writing things up correctly and minor violations are turned into major ones or supposed equip problems are written up wrong. Example one of my trucks has a drop visor on it and the officer didnt like it and wrote the driver up for a bad windshield there isnt anything wrong with the windshield not even a small rock chip or anything anywhere. The other problem I see is this csa 2010 is making the officer the judge jury and executioner. There are good officers out there but like in any business there are also really bad ones. I have met 1 or 2 in my 22yrs of driving that absolutely hate truckers and will do anything they can to put us out of business, so what is being done to make sure they are doing their job and not just trying to ruin someone because they dont like them or their truck or maybe even their company. I have been in trouble in the past because another driver for the same company made the officer mad and now the officer is out to get everyone that drives for that company. We have to have recourse to stop this problem. Also judges are elected trained individuals on all the law, an officer isnt so how can they be the judge
