As a trucking Owner Operator and resident of the State of California, I have been made aware of the great harm my truck is supposedly doing to the environment. So much harm in fact that in its current state my 2004 truck will be obsolete in California in 2 more years. My truck is this harmful burning ULS Diesel. Imagine the emissions from a truck fueled in Mexico with non-ULSD.
Particulate matter from these Mexican fueled "dirty trucks" will make a huge impact on our environment.
If I have to play the California ARB game, so should they.
Fairness? Level playing field? I do not think so.
