Dear Sir/Madam: I think this is an extremely bad plan. The drug lords in Mexico have their hands in everything including trucking. We are giving the drug lords unprecedented access to our country. After loss of life, increase in drugs, guns and expansion of gang wars our Congress will be saying they had no idea this would be the result. The amount of money it will take to clean up the tragic aftermath of this debacle will make our national debt look small. Please do not implement this wrong headed plan. Best Regards, Louise Kirstel
