to whom it may concern: it is about time somebody blame where a lot of it belongs. in November of 2007 i was discharged from my job as a professional driver for being late for appointments. most of these appts. were set up without any consideration to myself(the driver). some appointments were made at times where they conflicted with my hours of service, forcing me to either cheat on my logs or be late for my appointment. i chose the latter. other times i was on time for my appt. only to have to sit and wait to be loaded sometimes up to 3 to4 hours. thats on duty time also hindering my hours of service and delivery schedule.
