In reference to Federal Docket FMCSA-2011-0146. I feel it is an injustice to the Small Farm Operators to be forced to pay the fees for Comercial License on vehicles that are used approimately once a year (this is during the fall harvest period). Also, why should a spouse have to acquire a CDL in order to haul grain from a rural area to a small town elevator, which is approximately 3 - 4 miles from the field. (No highways or expressways). It seems the Federal government is trying to do it's best to do away with the small family operators. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS DOCKET PASS.
