Please consider making farm hands in Class 8 trucks fall under the same vehicle safety, driver training, and insurance regulations as commercial drivers. Just because I am near a farm community doesn't mean I would enjoy being run over by a farmer as opossed to a commercial truck. On the point of HOS for agriculture, an exemption is needed for that as this deals with perishable commodities during a time sensitive period.
