These vehicles and pieces of equipment are designed to to be used primarily in the field or for transport of of products to the fields. These would include application equipment equipment designed to apply crop production products (ie; fertilizer, pesticides, manure, etc.); farm wagons and trailers; dry and liquid fertilizer spreaders, wagons and trailers; and any other pull type delivery equipment. These vehicles and pieces of equipment should not be required to have state vehicle licenses and should not fall under any FMCSA regulations, other than stating that "implements of husbandry" are exempt from FMCSA regulations.
